• Respond to feedback requests and approvals promptly

• Ensure you have rights to use any content you provide

Delays in providing materials or approvals may impact timelines.

4. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated and depend on timely client communication, feedback, and content delivery. While we strive to stay on schedule, delays in client response or materials may result in adjusted timelines.

5. Payments & Fees

• All pricing will be clearly outlined before work begins

• A deposit may be required to secure your project

• Final payment is due prior to website launch or transfer

• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revisions based on your selected package.

Requests outside of the agreed scope may:

• Require additional fees

• Extend project timelines

We will always communicate and approve any changes before proceeding.

7. Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.).

Final Website

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design is transferred to you.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.

8. Third-Party Services

Your website may rely on third-party platforms or tools (e.g., Wix, plugins, integrations).

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party outages or changes

• Platform limitations

• Ongoing costs associated with those services

9. Launch & Post-Launch Responsibility

Once the website is approved and launched:

• You are responsible for ongoing updates and maintenance unless otherwise agreed

• We are not liable for issues caused by client edits or third-party changes

Optional maintenance or support services may be available.

10. Cancellations, Termination & Abandoned Projects

Either party may terminate a project in writing.

In the event of termination:

• Work completed up to that point will be billed

• Deposits are non-refundable

• No final files will be delivered until outstanding balances are paid

Projects inactive for 30 days may be considered abandoned and subject to restart fees.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wix Fix Agency shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

12. No Guarantees

While we aim to create high-performing websites, we do not guarantee:

• Specific traffic levels

• Search engine rankings

• Conversion rates or business outcomes

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wix Fix Agency harmless from any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from:

• Content you provide

• Violation of any laws or third-party rights
